QB Reigns

It's not the 1st or even the 20th time someone has brought up the irony that Billick was thought of as an offensive GENIUS. But let me be the 21st person, or so, to bring it back up. How come year after year after year this Franchise does such a Fantastic job scouting & bringing in talent at, what seems like, every position except QB? QB being the only real department "Coach" has the say so on. My father said something to me over the years as I was growing up to teach me. He did so as it related to School, Life, Sports... EVERYTHING. He'd Say "Son, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result." That same adage holds true here too. If the same person year after year is in charge of the "O" and QB, and the overall results have been sub-par, you have to be crazy to think that will ever change. A leopard can't change it's spots, and either can Brian Billick. As much as he thinks he can, HE CAN'T. WE all are who we are, for better or worse. Yes, we can all grow as people, tweak things etc, but we are who we are. I'm done for now maybe later this week I'll actually break down the game, but don't count on it.
