M.I.A in Mia

Talk about a team missing in action, and when I say team I mean TEAM. EVERYONE, the players, coaches EVERYBODY. Up 10 points at half to a team, that at the time was 0-13. That’s when a good or even decent team just mans up and pounds the ball all day long. Throws when needed, makes no mistakes and gets out of Miami anyway they can, WITH A WIN. It’s funny too because I was thinking during the week that this game has a Dolphins win written all over it. A team WAY underachieving in the Ravens, a team and a staff that has clearly given up on its head coach, and players that can’t help but let the sub-conscious idea creep into their head that a loss to a team without a win could help get them a new coach. Not to say this was a tank job at all. The players clearly wanted to win, tried to win, but in the end LOST. I can go in a 100 different directions from here and I won’t. I’ll just say this; Troy Smith looks to have POISE which seems to be a HUGE part of being successful in the NFL as a QB. The difference in talent level from player to player is overall very small; it’s what they have inside themselves and in their heads that can put them over the top.
